After graduating from Corban College with a B.S. in Business Management, I started investing in small multi-family investment properties. During that time I was able to recieve some excellent landlord/tenant training through my job as a correctional officer at Santiam Correctional Institution. Since then I've learned a great deal about landlord/tenant law and how to manage rentals as cheaply and efficiently as possible.
